Nawsheen Elaheebocus
Ms. Nawsheen Elaheebocus is a Program
Assistant at the World Bank with 9 years of experience in the External Affairs
and Communication department. She holds a BA in International Business and
Economics from the American University of Paris and an MA in International
Education Policy from the University
of Maryland. Of Mauritian
nationality, Ms. Elaheebocus speaks fluent English,
French, and Creole, conversational Spanish, Hindi and Urdu and can read and
write Arabic. Her research interests are Early Childhood Development
particularly ECD policy analysis and the cognitive/psychosocial aspects of ECD.
Ms. Elaheebocus is also the Program Chair of the
Early Childhood Development Special Interest Group of the CIES.
