1) Your CIES general membership (CER subscription) must be active

2) Pay $10 annually, either in cash or check. Checks must be payable to CIES (“LA-SIG” as memo). If you decide to send your payment by mail (as opposed to submitting it in person during the annual meeting), the address is:
