We will hold elections for various positions in the SIG at the upcoming CIES meeting. If you are interested in playing an active role in the SIG, I would encourage you to participate in the SIG meetings and the elections. You are welcome to contact me with your ideas and suggestions at richardsonj@uncw.edu.

Announcements
The 54th Annual Conference of Comparative and International Education Society will hold be held in Chicago, IL from March 1-5, 2010.
The ICT4D SIG is celebrating its third year. As you may know, CIES has centralized the call for paper submission process. If you are interested in presenting at the ICT4D SIG sessions, you can submit your proposal to the online submission system (http://www.cies2010.msu.edu/announcements.html). If you paper is not selected for the ICT4D SIG session, it will automatically be considered for the general sessions. Please note the following deadlines:
